How to View Videos in the App

You may request HD videos to your app with the Reveal XB/SK cameras only. (The Gen 1 and Reveal X do not support this feature, but they can take videos and will save them to your SD card as long as it is set to Pic+Video). There is a fee for HD videos being sent to your app. For $5 you will be able to request 50 videos at any time as it does not expire. 

To request an HD video you will need to do the following: 

1. Open the app and click on the home icon
2. Click on the photo icon in the top right
3. Find the photo you'd like to request a video of and then hold down to select it
4. Once selected, you will click the HD button and then select the video icon (top one). 
5. It will ask you if you'd like to request 50 videos for $5 (you will be asked this each time you request a video, but you will not be charged until you've reached 50 videos and are requesting 50 more)
6. Select yes 
7. The videos will be saved to your camera's gallery under videos. 

1. Lack of signal
2. The selected photo was deleted from the SD card
3. Send type is set to once/12 or once/24 hours
4. If all of the settings above are correct and you are not receiving videos please see if the IMEI/ICCID do not correctly match (Wrong SIM card in the camera). 
5. Connect to your camera's Wi-Fi to find the IMEI/ICCID and make sure that they match what the app shows. If you are having issues, please reach out to us for help.
