For Gen 1 Reveal: You can get that info in the camera's settings. 

• Turn camera to Setup
• Click Menu
• Scroll to the far right to Other
• Scroll all the way down to About 
• Click OK 

For Reveal and Reveal X/XB/SK in APP: 

• Click the Camera icon at the bottom of the screen 
• Select the camera location 
• Select the camera name
• Click the picture icon below the camera name
• Click the 3 green dots in the upper right corner 
• Click Support 
• IMEI/ICCID are located on that page 

For Reveal X/XB/SK in OFFLINE MODE (you may need to log out of the app):

• Turn camera to SETUP. WIFI indicator light should be blinking blue
  • NOTE: If your WIFI indicator light does not turn on at all, you have a bad SD card. Please change it and try again. 
• Open your phone WIFI settings and select the REVEAL_**** network 
  • NOTE: your phone will tell you connected without internet (that is okay)
  • Once connected, your Reveal X WIFI indicator light will be solid blue
• Open your Reveal app and click "Connect to Reveal Wifi"
• Click "Connect to Reveal X" 
  • NOTE: The message that says "Your are in offline mode. To access your Tactacam Reveal account..." is normal
• The next screen will show you the IMEI and ICCID. Please take a screenshot of that and send it to me.
