Not Updating/Not Checking-In 

You may have noticed that your Reveal camera has not been updated or checked into the server. 

There are several reasons your camera may not be updating, but the most common reasons are: battery life remaining and signal strength at the time of check-in. 

Even though it may appear your camera still has plenty of battery life according to the last check-in, it is possible that is not accurate due to the rapid decline in battery life once it drops below 100%. If your camera is not sending pictures or checking in with the server, it is likely battery related. 

Cameras can also miss check-ins with the server depending on the signal strength at the time of check-in. Because cellular signals can fluctuate, it is possible for a camera to still send pictures without sending daily updates. If the camera is still sending pictures, you can narrow this down to simple signal/cell tower issues and it should eventually make a connection with the server and send the update.
